Opening Hours

Friday September 16: 11 am – 11 pm (Great Hall of Cheese and Enoteca: 12.30 pm – 11 pm)
Saturday September 17 and Sunday September 18: 10 am – 11 pm
Monday September 19: 10 am – 8 pm

Cheese is held in the streets and squares of Bra’s historic center and is a free entrance event. Entry tickets are required for the Great Hall of Cheese and the Enoteca, the Taste Workshops, the Dinner Dates and the Master of Food courses.


Event Booking

Limited places are available for the Dinner Dates, the Taste Workshops and the Master of Food courses, so booking is essential. Bookings can be made online through this website or by writing to prenotazioni@slowfood.it

Advance bookings close on September 12.

Any remaining places can be booked at the Event Reception during Cheese.
