Take a seat and enjoy the best of Italian regional cuisine at the Tasting Booths, where regions, provinces and consortia will be presenting their terroir through food. Traditional cheese-based recipes will be served in full menus or tasting plates. Each booth will also host workshops, meetings, presentations and practical demonstrations throughout the event. Often the cheesemakers themselves will be present to meet with the public and answer questions about their cheese or the dishes being served.
