An Eco-Friendly Event


Slow Food’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its events continues. Organizers and exhibitors at Cheese are working to limit as much as possible any negative environmental effects, choosing recyclable display materials, rationalized goods transport, differentiated waste collection and a responsible use of water and energy.

Visitors are asked to become co-organizers, contributing to the final reduction of environmental impact through their own actions.
