New this year at Cheese are the Milk workshops, a response to the need for professionals and the general public to exchange information and experiences and to discuss and debate topics relating to milk, livestock farming, cheese production systems and the consumption of dairy products.

As part of the Milk Workshops, two Dream Canteen meetings will focus on how we can improve public catering services.

Entrance free until full capacity reached.
Events will be held every day, and last around two hours each.
