Biodiversity House

This year Cheese welcomes back the Biodiversity House, the area run by the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity inside San Rocco's church (Via Principi di Piemonte, at the corner of via Cavour).

Everyday, from 11 am to 10 pm, the Biodiversity House will be showcasing Slow Food’s projects that safeguard food and agricultural biodiversity, from the Presidia to campaigns defending raw milk cheese.

In addition, the area will host conferences and meetings, together with a rich schedule of night film screenings. Visitors will also have the chance to taste coffee from the Harenna forest Presidium (Ethiopia) and learn about A Thousand Gardens in Africa, Slow Food’s new challenge.
